About the jeweller
The “Trap” collection features side hammered ring combinations with trapped diamonds in silver gold platinum and diamond.
My work explores the moment that time freezes in the natural world, something is suspended mid-air, balanced just before falling or wedged somewhere improbable. The age and permanence of rocks and hardwoods, the working of the sea is akin to precious metals and the hands that form them into objects. There is life and great beauty in the activity and in the moment observed. Reference places for our own place in history. A place of reflection.
We handmake each ring in our onsite workshop in East Sussex.
