Pet and people portrait drawings from your photos

Coloured or graphite pencil drawings.

The size of my drawings varies from A5 size(approx. 6×8″),  depends on the subject and quality of the photos, up to A2 size (approx. 16×24″). I can do almost any size.

Each portrait I produce is a one-of-a-kind portrait that you can treasure for many years to come and my portraits are all hand-drawn using the highest quality coloured pencils and paper available to me. Today high artist quality pencils have the same quality of pigment as oil paint and creates drawings with beautiful, rich colours that can last a lifetime.

Many hours goes into my portraits providing you with a unique and treasured one-of-a-kind portrait for many years to come.  I love to work closely with each customer, providing you with guidance in photo choices and showing you progress photos so you are part of the process!

It is a wonderful experience commissioning art, and I want the entire process to be an experience you will never forget.

About me:

I specialize in a detailed and realistic style of drawing and I create portraits of both animals and people. I am fascinated by animals and peoples expressions, and in my drawings I love to capture a moment in time to be treasured forever. A fleeting look, a feeling or a memory to be created in beautiful colors. In addition also the soft texture of a cat or dog fur, ruffled feathers of a wild bird, the vivid colors of animals and plants.

I aim to produce beautiful, high-quality, one-off pieces which have a deep personal meaning to you – something that you and your family will treasure for many years to come. Therefore I want each drawing I create to be my best yet –  continuously striving to reach greater artistic heights.  It can be hard to see a drawing go after spending so much time and energy working on them, but when I see my work hanging in someone’s home or receiving it for Christmas, that feeling right there is why I love being an artist so much.
