The right brief comes first

We do not ask the couple to choose a finished product

CommissionIt helps uncover the direction that feels true, then brings in the right artist or maker and manages the process.

Where will it live?

Scale, light, architecture and how the room is used.

What should it hold?

A place, people, colour, an atmosphere or a private reference.

How should it feel?

Quiet, joyful, dramatic, tactile, precise or wonderfully strange.

Create one unforgettable wedding gift, together

Fund one piece they will live with for years

One original creation can carry more meaning than a room full of registry gifts.

After the campaign closes, CommissionIt checks the ledger and completes any required review period. We then work directly with the verified recipient to apply the eligible balance towards a bespoke artwork or creative project managed by CommissionIt. The verified net balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred or divided as money.

Group Fund help

Common Group Fund questions

CommissionIt Group Funds are currently offered as a limited private beta. Campaign review, reconciliation, recipient verification, allocation and any eligible settlement are completed through controlled checks.

What is a CommissionIt Group Fund?

It allows friends, relatives or colleagues to contribute together towards a defined CommissionIt commission or another recipient option expressly approved for the campaign. It is not a general savings account or unrestricted cash collection service.

What happens to payment processing fees?

The public total may show gross contributions. Processing fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks and reversals can reduce the verified balance available for allocation.

What happens when the campaign closes?

CommissionIt stops new contributions, reconciles the immutable ledger and begins a protected reserve period. Closure does not automatically release money or create CommissionIt credit.

How can the recipient use the verified balance?

Subject to the campaign terms and final checks, the recipient may be offered CommissionIt credit, an eligible cash amount or an approved split. The allocation is approved and recorded manually. There is no automatic withdrawal facility.

Why does the recipient need to be verified?

Verification helps CommissionIt confirm the intended recipient, prevent fraud and complete any approved allocation safely. Sensitive information must be supplied only through the secure route requested by CommissionIt.

Can a contributor request a refund?

Contact CommissionIt promptly. Refunds depend on applicable consumer law, the campaign circumstances, the payment provider process and the Group Fund Terms.
